The main purpose and responsibilities of the role include
- Member of the Iberia, Greece and Italy Management Team to drive business results.
- Deliver people management strategies and plans in support of the assigned business unit’s objectives.
- Coach, challenge and work closely with management teams and line managers to have great leaders and high performing teams.
- Help to create an inclusive environment within countries & teams where engagement is high, wellbeing is at everyone’s top of mind & where all employees can thrive therefore creating a Unique Employee experience.
- Partner with the business on engagement survey action planning to support engagement
- Drive local talent agenda and ensure succession for critical roles within the South Hub together with the HR Director.
- Provide expert advice and support on critical HR matters.
- Partner with Works Council where applicable.
- Lead and/or contribute to Hub/Regional/Global projects as required.
- Provide leadership to a small team and act as a role model to the wider HR community.
- Use data insights to drive compelling stories to support strategic decision making
**About You**
We are looking for an experienced HR business partner who has got a track record in a dynamic international business with multiple markets. In order to succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent command of English and Spanish languages. Knowledge of Italian is a preferred.
- Significant experience as HR generalist/HRBP in an international (ideally matrix) environment with multicounty responsibility. Experience with the Spanish and Italian markets is essential.
- Experience in coaching, challenging and advising leaders and employees.
- Demonstrated knowledge of people practices, laws, processes and trends.
