What You'll Do
* Engage with existing customers via phone (no cold calling!)
* Convert customer orders to in-house products when suitable
* Identify upselling opportunities and guide conversations toward additional sales
* Accurately process orders using internal systems
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
* Share ideas and feedback to support team growth
* Promote the role and encourage referrals
Who You Are
* Professionally fluent in Dutch or German (C1 level)
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Customer-focused with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
* Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks
* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
