**Context And Mission**
- Multimedia and audiovisual contents are fundamental to successful communication. This is particularly evident in the communication of science and technology, where complex concepts must be conveyed effectively and clearly. One of the objective of the BSC Communication team is to promote the use of these tools and explore new creative formats to showcase the work of the BSC to different stakeholders, including the general public, the media and collaborating companies, among others.
**Key Duties**
- Plan, produce, and edit audiovisual content (videos, podcasts, animations, etc.) for display on websites, social media or exhibitions, among others.
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop multimedia and transmedia strategies and new audiovisual narratives aligned with the overall communication goals.
- Manage video and photo shoots, including scripting, filming, lighting, and sound.
- Management and coordination of filming with third parties.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all multimedia materials.
- Manage multimedia archives and maintain organized storage of audiovisual content.
- Support live streaming of events, webinars, and virtual meetings when necessary.
- Monitor trends in digital communication and propose innovative formats or tools.
- Ensure all audiovisual and multimedia content meets technical, legal, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate in other communications tasks, when required.
**Requirements**:
- Education
- Communication, audiovisual, journalism studies, or a related field.
- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Three years of experience in producing audiovisual and multimedia content. Experience in science and technology communication will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
- English fluency.
- Experience in an international environment, ideally in a research center.

- Ability to combine innovation and freshness in formats and rigor in content.
- Ability to translate complex technical language and ideas into language easily comprehensible to non-specialists.

**Conditions**
- The position will be located at BSC within the Management Department
- We offer a full-time contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, versátil working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures
- Duration: Open-ended contract due to technical and scientific activities linked to the project and budget duration
