Area Sales Manager
Reporting to the Regional Management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Northern Spain and Portugal through the development and management of a distributor network.
The role combines business development, key account management, and technical sales in a highly competitive industrial environment.
Developing and managing a network of distributors and channel partners
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability
Engineering degree or technical background (sales/business education is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
Proven experience in developing and managing distributor networks (indirect sales)
Experience in compressors or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable
Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems and industrial applications
Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
