Apprentice Employee Communication – Perfumery & Beauty StrategyLocation: Barcelona, SpainAs Employee Communication Apprentice – Perfumery & Beauty Strategy, you will play a key role in bringing our P&B; transformation and 2029 strategy to life for around 5,500 employees worldwide. With a strong focus on video and creative storytelling, you’ll turn strategy into engaging, impactful communication across channels and audiences. This is a unique opportunity to build hands‑on experience in global employee communications at the heart of a strategic transformation.Your key responsibilitiesCreate and edit engaging video content (leadership messages, testimonials, achievements, events, product launches) using approved tools and brand templates for internal useDevelop storytelling content across formats: videos, written pieces, posts, and campaignsDesign visual communication assets (presentations, visuals, graphics) aligned with internal corporate brandingSupport the execution of global employee communication campaigns, from concept to publicationContribute creative ideas to increase engagement across multi‑generational audiencesManage and publish content across internal channels (e.g. SharePoint, newsletters, Viva Engage)We offerA unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic transformation impacting around 5,500 employees globallyHands‑on experience in high‑impact employee communication campaigns at Business Unit levelExposure to strategic topics, leadership visibility and integral communicationsCoaching from an experienced creative team on branding, video and content creationCareer development guidance and mentorship from the Employee Comms & Engagement DirectorA culture that encourages experimentation, creativity and bold ideas to keep people engaged and informedYou bringA background or strong interest in Communications, Audiovisual, Media or related fieldsProven ability to create engaging video or animated content (portfolio or use case will be assessed)Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Clipchamp, Copilot, Canva, Vyond, Adobe Premier and/or Final CutConfidence using AI and animation to scale and enhance content creationExcellent English communication skills (Spanish and/or French are a plus)Creativity, proactivity and the ability to work under pressure with short deadlines, while collaborating effectively with othersWhat will make you successful in this roleYou are curious, bold and proactive.
