Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: /ppbr/pulliManaging and maintain organised technical information databases /liliTrack documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracy /liliCoordination of information from multiple projects simultaneously /liliPreparation of project documentation for client approval /liliPrepare weekly and monthly documentation reports /liliMaintain regular communication with suppliers and project team members /liliIdentify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/pp Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy.
