We are looking for a Sales Force Training Manager to manage the complete organizational learning cycle (analysis, design, delivery, and monitoring) in Spain and Portugal for sales force roles. This person is responsible for developing the competencies which are necessary to execute the organization's strategy, leading the training of the Sales teams in both Business Units: Core Therapies (Primary Care) and Innovative Therapies (Neurology) also supporting all the activities related to product launches training needs.
The main responsibilities in this role are the following:
* Learning and Development Strategy: Identify training needs aligned with strategic priorities, designing and implementing training plans and specific campaigns. Manage the annual plan, budget, and training providers, evaluating the results of the actions taken.
* Coaching and Leadership: Support leaders in team management and provide coaching to the Field Force to address organizational challenges.
* Talent Management and Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process (30-60-90 days) and develop internal resources through key programs.
* Performance Management: Translate business objectives into results, support goal-setting processes, guarantee communication of targets, and promote a feedback culture. Monitor performance KPIs within the responsable department and propose proactive actions.
* Organizational Culture and Engagement: Drive the adoption of organizational changes, ensure alignment with corporate values, and implement engagement initiatives.
WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you will be the perfect fit if you have:
Knowledge and Experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in this role.
* Previous experience as Sales Representative and Area Manager in the pharmaceutical sector (mandatory)
* Experience in organizational cultural transformation processes is highly valued.
* Artificial intelligence and technology early adopter
* Languages: Spanish (C2), English (C1). Additionally, Portuguese would be well valued.
