Position:
Marketing and Communications Executive
This role supports the Marketing & Communications Manager in promoting the hotel and its outlets as a market leader through various marketing activities. Responsibilities include:
Creating and printing collateral, promotions, packages, and advertisements
Conducting market analysis and coordinating photo shoots
Planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing guidelines
Maintaining guest databases for mailings
Collaborating with F&B to promote outlets
Assisting in creating media and marketing plans
Developing office presentations and managing collateral and giveaways
Maintaining website and social media content, including photography and imagery
Communicating with internal departments about hotel activities, promotions, and rates

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must:
Have EU citizenship and suitable studies for the position
Be customer care oriented, organized, meticulous, adaptable, open-minded, committed, and creative
Be result-driven with fast learning capabilities and a friendly team spirit
Be fluent in English, with a good level of Spanish;
additional languages are a plus
Have 1-2 years of experience in a hotel/resort marketing department
Be capable of working effectively both in a team and independently
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy
