The Senior Project Manager (SPMO) plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of high-impact strategic and transformation programs across the organisation. Operating within the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO), the Senior Project Manager partners closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, risk mitigation, and organisational alignment.
Reports to: Head of SPMO
Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned initiatives, providing clear governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive disciplined project planning, execution, and monitoring in line with SPMO methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to validate business cases, establish success metrics, and ensure benefits realization.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insight into progress, risks, and strategic implications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs or projects.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance and portfolio management principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of portfolio tracking and governance tools within PMO environments.
Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
