Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support the property's commercial strategy through the acquisition and management of accounts within the group segment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong growth ambitions who wishes to develop their career within a newly opened luxury property with international projection.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Sales Management· Identify new business opportunities within the group segment· Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property presentations· Support the implementation of strategies to drive need dates and low-demand periods· Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, companies, DMCs, and local and international accountsReactive Sales Management· Handle inquiries from clients and agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality responses· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts under the supervision of the senior sales team· Coordinate with Revenue and Operations to ensure feasibility and profitability of proposals· Follow up on open opportunities through to closing· Update databases, CRM systems, and sales activity reportsRequired Profile· Previous experience in hotel or commercial sales, preferably within the upscale or luxury segment· Strong interest and motivation to develop within hospitality sales and luxury brand positioning· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously· Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous learningAdditional Requirements· Availability for occasional travel· Professional level of English is essential; additional languages are a plus· Proficiency in office tools, CRM systems, Opera, and Salesforce/Thynk· Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic pre-opening environmentKey Competencies· Results-oriented mindset· Proactivity and strong commercial drive· Excellent interpersonal skills· Attention to detail· High potential for professional growth and development
