What are we looking for?
SAP ABAP / SAPUI5 / Fiori / BTP Technical Consultant - Seville, Spain
Responsibilities:
Experience in developing, integrating and extending SAP functionalities in S/4HANA and/or cloud environments.
Participate in the technical design of innovative SAP solutions.
Develop Fiori / SAPUI5 applications integrated with the SAP backend via OData / SAP Gateway.
Writing unit test scenarios and executing these unit tests with execution reports
Writing the documentation associated with development
Analyzing and finding solutions to anomalies on the application run
Participating in the costing of evolutions and corrections
Carrying out performance tests
Analyzing and implementing OSS Notes
Creating and following up incidents with the SAP editor
Code review
Designing and building services and applications on SAP BTP, using SAP Business Application Studio, CAP, SAPUI5, etc.
Work closely with functional teams to understand business needs.
Implement scalable and maintainable solutions in line with SAP Clean Core and scalability principles.
Keep abreast of evolving SAP technologies (e.g. BTP, RAP, Fiori Elements).
Requirements:
Required experience: 3 to 7 years experience in FIORI implementation.
Languages: Basic French + English or Spanish.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, classes, interfaces, CDS views, etc.
Proven experience in SAPUI5 / Fiori development (standard and custom applications).
Solid knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services and CDS annotations.
Experience of SAP BTP components: Business Application Studio, Cloud Foundry, CAP framework, destinations, authentication mechanisms, etc.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (SAP CI/CD or other tools).
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad and cloud environments (SAP or hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
