In this role you will steer the strategic direction and performance of Cardiovascular assets within Amgen. You will lead integrated brand initiatives, drive growth, and shape messaging for key therapies in a high-impact area. You will work cross-functionally with sales, medical, access, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, effective campaigns. The role offers the chance to influence market access, patient impact, and the competitive positioning of cardiovascular medicines.

• Lead development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Own brand performance metrics, budget management, and delivery of results
• Create promotional campaigns, messaging, programs, and tools for commercial teams
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance
• Manage end-to-end promotional material approvals through legal and medical review
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives leveraging digital platforms to engage HCPs and expand brand reach
• Incorporate customer and patient insights into strategic planning and execution
• Partner with key opinion leaders, global teams, and affiliates for aligned execution
• Collaborate with market access and pricing to align value proposition with payer needs
• Develop and deliver training programs for field force effectiveness
• Design and execute market research plans to generate actionable insights
Responsabilidades
• Doctorate xpzdshu degree with 2+ years of marketing and sales experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience, OR
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years of experience
