Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking an experienced, talented, innovative, proactive, hands-on Workday HCM Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the delivery of Group HR strategy and best practices at Group level.
The HRIS Centre of Excellence is responsible for the Global HR systems within Verisure, primarily Workday and Phenom People. The team implements and delivers all Global HR systems projects for the Company on an international level. In the past, the team has overseen the go live of Workday and Phenom People platform and continues to work to enhance the system and related business processes. At the same time, the team is also working on supporting adoption of the HR systems in across all the countries Verisure presents.
The Workday HCM Analyst will take on a Product Owner role within our HCM team. This individual will be responsible for governing the Workday HCM module, ensuring our systems and processes are configured to maximize efficiency and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large, multinational enterprise environment and possess a strong ability to identify system gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the governance of the Workday HCM platform, ensuring data integrity, system security, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with the other HCM team members and rest of the Workday Team to define and prioritize system enhancements, configurations, and updates to align with business needs.
* Evaluate existing HCM processes and system functionality to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation.
* Design, configure, and test system enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM platforms, tools, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-user adoption of system improvements.
* Provide day-to-day support for the HCM platform, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring system stability. Work closely with IT teams and system vendors to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
* Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding system status, updates, and resolutions.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration .
* Knowledge of Workday Security, Reporting, and other modules is a plus.
* Experience in system configuration, workflow design, and process improvement.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Demonstrated success working in multinational environments with diverse business processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve system gaps.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional language proficiency in Portuguese or French is a plus.
