What you’ll do
Support installation, commissioning, repair, inspection, maintenance and ongoing optimization of our products.
Ensure customers achieve maximum value from Reemoon, fostering lasting relationships.
Leverage technical acumen and product knowledge to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
Perform maintenance and regular inspections of company‑delivered equipment.
Handle installation, acceptance and on‑site operation training of new equipment.
Provide on‑site support for major projects.
Act as primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Conduct regular customer follow‑ups to monitor performance and address service needs.
What you’ll bring
Major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer (After‑Sales Engineer) or similar position.
Extensive experience in automated production lines, especially fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines and logistics automation systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
A problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
Other requirements
Ambition for career development and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Ability to travel on‑site to clients as required.
