We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed. /ppWhat you will do in this role /ppIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. /ppAs an Account Manager on our team, you will: /pp- Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship br- Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for Microsoft's customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success br- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to fulfill their needs with cloud technologies br- Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers br- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences br- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline /ppCollect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer" /ppYour qualifications /ppWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are. /ppConcentrix is a great match if you: /pp- Are bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English br- Have 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success is required. Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required. Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required br- Have a high school diploma br- Are familiar with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs br- Have experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions br- A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals br- Can work independently – drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seek continuous quality improvement. br- Have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal business communications skills br- Have general knowledge of the IT industry br- Have passion for cloud technologies and changing the world /ppIt would be a plus if you: /pp- Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions br- Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps /ppDon't meet every requirement?
