Job Overview:
The C&I; Energy Storage Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams to acquire and retain large C&I; clients across Europe. You will act as the technical and commercial expert, designing tailored energy storage solutions, conducting feasibility analyses, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a deep understanding of energy storage economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- independently or collaboratively with the sales team, drive business development for large-scale industrial and commercial (C&I;) energy storage solutions.
- Support clients in C&I; solar-storage system design, equipment selection,
system simulation, and financial modeling.
- Participate in regional marketing initiatives to promote product and solution value propositions.
- Identify customer pain points and needs, providing actionable feedback to the product planning team.
- Expand ecosystem partnerships to build a C&I; BESS business network.
- Build partnerships with EPCs, utilities, and regulatory bodies to accelerate project pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years in energy storage/system design, preferably in PV or BESS applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BESS design, lithium-ion technologies, and grid interconnection.
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, MATLAB) and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of European electrical standards and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Belgian, Swedish, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Travel：Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe
