This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. This role will be responsible for Southern Spain, and it is welcome to work remote in Sevilla or Málaga. Your Job You will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Southern Spain. You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships. You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development. You will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence. You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved. Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Externally, you will act as a key point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and expertise. You will regularly update our CRM system with the relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain will be considered a strong asset for this role.
