MST Holding is a leading international business group specializing in Business Processes, Consulting, and Multichannel Contact Center services. We collaborate with prestigious general brands and are currently expanding our team in **Barcelona**.
**Your Role**:
- **Client Relationship Management**
Engage directly with exclusive clients, providing personalized support and special privileges to enhance their overall experience.
- **Benefits Management & Issue Resolution**
Serve as the key point of contact for offering special discounts and resolving any issues casino/cruises clients may encounter, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Native-level fluency in **English and French**:
- Genuine passion for discovering and promoting travel and tourism experiences
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
**What We Offer**:
- Full-time position**:39 hours/week**, Monday to Friday, from **09:00 to 18:00/10:00 to 19:00.**:

- **Competitive salary**: €18,978.62 gross annually (according to Contact Center agreement, "Gestor" category, plus language bonuses)
