The Security Manager will manage the security model, setting policies, procedures security systems and investigation security incidents, fulfilling the needs of the Group.
The Security Manager key responsibility is to manage the security model updating it to the business requirements.
Definition of the security procedures in all the Business Units in Spain.
Development of company's security policy (preparation of manuals, security training of internal personnel and providers).
Lead internal and external investigation of the security incidents and conduct interviews when appropriate.
Drafting investigation reports of security incidents.
Selection and negotiation of the security providers in terms of security and systems.
Prepare proposals for modifying standards and equipment, maintenance and services, a local
Security Plan, local investments, local spending budget, improvement after incidents and inspections.
Operational management of the Company's security personnel.
To be a partner of the Security area with all the national Business Units.
Encourage of the Security Team in Spain looking for the highest motivation and efficiency of the team.
University Degree in Security, Criminology, Law, and other similar studies.
At least 3 years of experiencie in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, investigation in the Security area being part of a private or public Company.
TIP Security Director Certification in effect.
Postgraduate, Master and/or certification in the Security area (TAPA, Wicklander, Zulawski ...).
