In this role you will translate marketing technology use cases into clear requirements and processes, enabling rapid prioritisation and delivery across an omnichannel journey. You’ll collaborate with tech, architecture, and change teams to shape new solutions that meet project goals.

- Prepare, evaluate and document business requirements using industry standards and agile/waterfall practices
- Collaborate with delivery, product and technical teams to review requests and govern changes to processes and systems
- Capture clear requirements using techniques like MoSCoW, interviews, and workshops
- Assess data dependencies and model data flows, integration use cases and system impacts
- Estimate effort, perform impact analysis, and identify risks, assumptions and dependencies
- Build and manage relationships with Martech stakeholders to set expectations
- Define compliant solutions with cross-functional teams (App Support, Data Management, Info Sec, SD&T;, Architecture)
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and ensure product requirements are understood
- Analyze product performance with stakeholders and contribute to backlog refinement and business case development
- Prioritise backlog items and ensure readiness to develop and definition of done, with ongoing support
- Create and maintain documentation using Jira/Confluence and ensure cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to test and validate future processes and improvements
Responsabilidades
- Significant BA experience across full delivery lifecycle (business case, initiation, requirements, UAT, benefits realisation)
- Demonstrated product mindset with active Agile contribution
- Experience mapping customer journeys and service design blueprints
- Strong system analysis skills (APIs, databases, configuration) and collaboration with developers
- High-quality documentation within tight timelines and ability to think laterally about changes
- Proficiency in documenting processes, data flows, data models and use cases
- Familiarity with epics, user stories, narratives, wireframes and backlog management
- Experience with MVT and testing approaches in online environments
- Prototyping tools (e.g., HTML, Excel, pen and paper) and ability to manage multiple projects
- Project planning and stakeholder coordination, with strategic thinking and clear communication
- Data analysis skills using Power BI or Tableau and awareness of digital marketing metrics
- Understanding of data governance and GDPR/privacy considerations
