Together, we shape the evolution. /p pAs Head of Compensation and Benefits for Iberia, Italy, and Latin America, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and help attract, motivate, and retain talent. /ppbr/p pstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppbr/p ulliEnsure proper administration and compliance with HR policies, including management of HRIS platforms, payroll, and relationships with external vendors. /liliOversee the management of the salary increase and benefits budget, ensuring efficiency and resource optimization. /liliEnsure proper management and updating of data in HRIS systems and internal databases, guaranteeing reliability and compliance with data protection regulations. /liliAdminister and lead the implementation of variable compensation programs, salary reviews, and market analyses to maintain competitiveness. /liliManage and coordinate internal and external audits related to data quality and legal compliance. /liliManage relationships with benefits providers, including insurance, ensuring quality of service and favorable negotiations. /liliBudget management and control of compensation and benefits line items. /liliAdministration of bonuses and incentive plans. /liliManage salary reviews: merit, promotion, additional merit, market adjustment, and internal equity. /liliDesign and manage benefits and well-being programs for workers. /liliLong-term incentive plans and tracking. /liliSalary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. /liliCompliance with the salary transparency directive and related reporting. /liliCoordination of compensation market surveys and analysis for insights and decision-making. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongExperience and required skills: /strong /ppbr/p ulliUniversity degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or similar. /liliPostgraduate qualification in Compensation Benefits, International Human Resources, or Business Administration is advantageous. /liliExcellent communication skills in English. /liliDesirable: French communication skills. /liliProven experience in defining and managing remuneration and benefits policies in global corporate environments with high organizational complexity. /liliIn-depth knowledge of local labor law and pay compliance policies. /liliStrong analytical skills, including experience with salary surveys, benchmarking, and financial modeling. /liliResults-oriented and internal customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments. /liliResilience, proactivity, and ability to adapt to business changes and challenges. /li /ul
