Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine

Casa METT Sitges
*. This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium / fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.
Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium / fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets.
Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel
Manage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets.
Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
Collaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Previous Experience as Head Chef in a premium / fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurants.
Deep knowledge and passion for Italian and mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition.
High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.
Fluent in Spanish and high intermedium level in English
