About the Role:

We are looking for a Parloa Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with conversational AI platforms, creating voice and chat automation solutions, and integrating AI agents with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement conversational flows using the Parloa platform.
• Configure AI agents, including agent tone, skills, prompts, and sub-agent orchestration.
• Define and implement guardrails, business rules, and conversation variables.
• Develop and execute test cases, simulations, and validation scenarios to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Support integrations between Parloa and external systems through APIs, AWS services, RPA solutions, and other backend technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into conversational AI solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI agent performance.
• Ensure conversational flows align with business objectives and customer experience standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with conversational AI, chatbot, voicebot, or AI agent platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversational design principles and customer journeys.
• Experience configuring AI agents, prompts, variables, and conversation logic.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for conversational AI solutions.
• Understanding of API integrations and backend connectivity.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Professional level of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Parloa AMP 2.0 (current platform version). Experience with earlier Parloa versions is beneficial, but AMP 2.0 knowledge is highly valued due to its significantly updated architecture, features, and development approach.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy.AI, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, Contact Center, or RPA platforms.

Candidates with experience in other Conversational AI platforms and AI Agent frameworks are encouraged to apply, particularly those with expertise in conversational flow design, agent configuration, integrations, testing, and automation.
