Spanish regions .Monitor and analyze partner and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI, conversion, and retention.Represent Bybit at local industry events, meetups, and conferences, increasing the brand’s visibility in the region.Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory developments, sharing feedback and recommendations with the broader BD and strategy teams.We are looking for candidates who:
Have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech ecosystem.Possess a strong understanding of local market dynamics in
Spain, with an existing network in the crypto or digital community.Are entrepreneurial, result-driven, and capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies based on market response.Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.Have hands-on experience executing regional growth strategies and working cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and product teams.Are fluent in English and
Spanish. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.Are based in
Spain, with the flexibility to travel to regional events or meet partners when needed.
