Campaign Management Specialist (USA Zone Time), Ibiza
Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of digital marketing services worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of campaign and customer journey plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution across teams.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with market teams and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
* Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other team members.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, including quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and leverage other DU services where applicable.
* Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
* Serve as the main contact for customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficiency.
* Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and other DU teams to promote effective consultancy.
* Adhere to and optimize service processes as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
* Experience in project management, client management, or digital marketing consulting.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret and connect business and technical requirements.
* Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
* Experience with B2B marketing preferred.
* Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
* Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
