Role Overview
As an operational controller you will participate in the performance of the operational/reporting tasks of the Business Data Management team.
Your role
* Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports
* Follow, maintain and optimize the company's performance by analyzing operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
* Use primary tools and reports, gathering data and performing analysis such as MS Excel
* Perform cross‑operations with departments such as HR, Recruitment, and Finance
* Provide high‑quality reports and analysis for business meetings and performance analysis of our sales team (variable salary calculation, eligibility for promotions, etc.)
Your profile
* Academic degree in Business or equivalent
* Experience in business/operational control or a strong motivation to learn in this field
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – formulas, pivots
* Native Spanish and professional level of English (spoken & written)
