Partner Sales Manager – Spain/Italy

We are looking for a seasoned, collaborative and sharp Partner Sales Manager based in Spain or Italy to drive territory development and field engagement with our ecosystem of system integrators (GSIs and RSIs) in Spain, Italy and Israel. Candidates should be based in Madrid or Milan.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the VP Partnerships EMEA with a strong dotted line to the Growth Markets Sales VP.
Drive partner account engagement, delivering on partner‑related sales and customer success goals and develop/manage a set of partner organizations.
Serve as the primary contact for the region’s field teams, promote partner field execution, skill development, and solution delivery.
Build trusted relationships externally within the partner ecosystem to provide sales teams and leaders with a high degree of partner leverage.
Own a Central partner territory plan, including nurturing, identifying, and recruiting the partners that will drive the business in the region.
Own a partner related quota and shape change, driving influence and creating conditions where strategic partners can thrive.
Be part of an all‑star team, supported by dedicated partner success, partner marketing and general overlay GSI and Cloud/ISV partner teams.
Be at the center of a strategic initiative focused on fueling Dataiku’s growth.
Take a proactive, creative, organized, collaborative approach to work.
Qualifications
5–10+ years experience in developing partnerships and revenue‑generating partner relationships or in direct sales proactively leveraging partner organizations.
Experience in data – AI/BI, analytics, data science, data integration, data platforms, cloud.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives for maximum impact.
Ability to create and animate networks internally and externally.
Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills.
Desire to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building a plan to execute against growth.
