We are looking for a full-time assistant to help look after a portfolio of luxury properties between Estepona and Elviria. We need an assistant to help our busy and friendly team. Your main tasks will be to carry out check-ins and check-outs, ensure properties are in perfect condition ready to accommodate guests, assist with any guest issues and ensure all guests receieve a 5* service. As we are a small and growing company you may have to help with other tasks when necessary, this means the job is never boring!
Good computer skills
Full driving license (car preferred but not essential, petrol allowance provided)
English speaker (Spanish speaking also prefrred but not essential)
Great customer service skills, attentive and proactive
There will be weekend and evening work depending on guest arrival times and we offer you adaptable working hours to reflect this
