Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will support the execution and tracking of marketing activities and campaigns across physical and digital platforms, including marketing automation, email distribution, social media, and website UX/UI optimization.
This role involves creating, designing, and editing content and final arts for traditional and digital media, such as adverts, banners, brochures, articles, blog posts, website content, emails, presentations, and videos, adhering to brand guidelines. Additionally, managing marketing collateral and PPTs for sales teams and assisting with physical events and sponsorships for external and internal audiences.
Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation, both physical and digital.
2. Advocate for brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
3. Perform advanced design tasks, create templates for development teams, and ensure UX/UI best practices.
4. Manage publications, monitor social media accounts, and create/validate content for internal and external communications.
5. Conduct basic market and competitor research.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as marketing briefs, record updates, and sourcing quotes for branded materials.
7. Coordinate organization and collateral for events, including product sheets and related research.
8. Support digital responsibilities, including creating and distributing email campaigns (Eloqua), managing SharePoint databases, website content creation, and supporting social media and SEM campaigns.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in marketing departments.
* Proficiency in creating content in Spanish and English.
* Experience leading and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, video editing, and web UX/UI design.
* Experience editing PowerPoint presentations.
* Knowledge of CMS tools like WordPress.
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms like Oracle and Eloqua.
