Digital Customer Success Manager (D-CSM) – Generalists EMEA – Barcelona (Spanish & Italian speaker)

SAP is a market leader in enterprise application software. This role is part of the Customer Success Management organization, creating a virtual digital customer engagement experience with a low‑touch, digital approach.

About the Role

The D‑CSM will manage customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal for up to 100 customers across SAP cloud lines.

Further Responsibilities

- Onboard new customers through virtual onboarding sessions and regular check‑ins.
- Share SAP resources such as webinars, trainings, events, and best practices.
- Assist customers with showstoppers and roadblocks.
- Drive customer adoption, respond to risk scenarios, and engage 1:1 or 1:many initiatives to deliver outcomes at scale.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement, focusing on loyalty by sharing tools, processes and resources.
- Identify at‑risk customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Encourage and assist customers on AI adoption topics.
- Act as the trusted advisor and first point of contact for non‑technical inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to expand the digital customer base (upsell & cross‑sell).
- Build a network of key internal stakeholders to support customer success.
- Analyze and interpret customer data to prioritize engagements, improve satisfaction, and accelerate SAP’s reference pipeline.

Requirements

- Location: Barcelona.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role managing complex relationships in the software industry.
- Experience with SAP cloud SaaS solutions such as S/4HANA Cloud, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, Customer Experience, or Procurement is a plus.
- Experience managing high‑volume customer engagements.
- Proven experience working with diverse, cross‑functional teams, both virtually and globally.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration orientation.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Motivation, flexibility and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
- Creative problem‑solving under pressure.
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian is a plus.
