Manpower is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist for our client PPG, based in Rubí (Barcelona) or Brno (Czech Republic).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit risk and collection activities for Denmark, working closely with a Danish colleague located in Søborg. You’ll support various business units, mainly within the Architectural segment, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong customer relationships—all in alignment with PPG’s credit policies.

✅ Key Requirements :
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in credit & collections or customer service
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and empathetic approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (AX preferred)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a matrix organization
Main Responsibilities :
- Review and manage open accounts for collection
- Make collection calls and send emails to recover overdue payments
- Handle blocked orders and assess credit limits according to policy
- Maintain accurate collection files and customer records
- Resolve disputes and document root causes
- Support integration of new acquisitions or business extensions
