**ISATI Engineering Solutions** is looking for a** **Material Coordinator **to join our client's projects in Spain.
- You will report directly to the Head of Logistics and work closely together with various, mostly production related interfaces and departments;
- Act as the primary point of contact for departments such as Production, Planning and Control, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, and Export Control;
- Support Engineers and Maintenance Planners to control accurate stock levels, raise purchase orders and initiate production orders;
- Coordinate and organize transports from the main warehouse to the local warehouse and implement a long-term transport frequency;
- Manage and monitor all stock movements, replenishments, and production requests to ensure on time delivery and transparent communication to all stakeholders;
- Define and implement AOG (Aircraft On Ground) processes;
- Implement continuous improvements for material supply and transportation;
- Maintain clear visibility of priority and status of open tasks and their impacts to the operation.
Duration: 12 months
- Sucessfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, logistics or a similar field of study / or a similar qualification within logistics;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in warehousing/intralogistics in a production environment;
- Hands-on experience of different replenishment strategies and inventory control;
- Extended experience in procurement including supplier selection and buying different parts;
- Great communication skills as well as stakeholder management in a high-performance culture;
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- High affinity for IT-Tools and a fast learner mindset;
- Forklift driver license;
- Work independently;
- Willing to take the initiative;
- Able to question / scrutinize processes;
- Able to suggest optimization proposals;
- Able to transfer improvement ideas into reality;
- Fluent English language skills are essential, German language skills would be beneficial.
