Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive / Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and manufacturing accounting activities. The idóneo candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG or food processing industries, and possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, costing, and ERP systems.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) and Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).
- Prepare bank reconciliations, MIS reports, and monthly financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing-related accounting entries.
- Support product costing, variance analysis, and expense control.
- Coordinate with auditors for Internal, Statutory, GST, and Tax Audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Sales teams for financial controls and reporting.
- Utilize ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Tally) for accounting, reporting, and data management.
