You will plan and analyse your customer base, generate and qualify leads and adapt our value proposition to each target account. You will arrange visits, explore customer needs, deliver impactful product and technical presentations and prepare compelling commercial proposals. From there you will negotiate, follow up and guide projects through to a successful close, often managing several complex initiatives at the same time.You will also act as a product specialist for your assigned business areas, supporting the wider sales team when more complex products or institutional presentations are needed. Alongside your Business Development Manager, you will contribute to product portfolio strategy, market studies and marketing actions. You will help organise and attend national and international congresses, support medical education activities and play a key role in training our sales network so that they can confidently represent our solutions.Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner for your customers and a key point of reference for your colleagues. You will combine a strong understanding of the healthcare environment with the curiosity to uncover real customer needs and the drive to turn those insights into sustainable growth.You will bring:* Experience within the medical devices industry, ideally with capital sales or sports medicine* A strong track record in developing new business, identifying decision makers, managing leads and steering complex commercial projects from first contact through to long term account development.* Excellent communication and relationship building skills* Collaborative mindset, initiative and a real focus on service quality* Ability to travel as required and a valid driving licenceYou will also need good English skills so that you can operate confidently in our international environment.**\_You.
