Senior Product Manager - Equity & Extras

About the role: This position is for the Senior Product Manager role on the Equity and Extras team, which covers Deel’s equity offering and several add-on products (e.g., work spaces, consulting, health insurance and more). This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.
Responsibilities
* Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
* Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
* Leveraging core product management skills to drive progress through the full product development lifecycle
* Collaborating with a team of product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver results
* Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
* 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
* Background in equity-related product lines is preferred but not required
* Experience with product-led growth (PLG) is preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
* Strong operational and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
* Understanding of UX / UI principles to deliver seamless experiences
