Coordinate and manage internal follow-up processes of University’s Programs.Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System.Manage the documentation submission to official bodies (Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, ACSUCYL, etc.), as well as other information required at different times of the academic year.Design, develop and update other documents in English and / or Spanish related to the Vice-rectorate needs.Assist the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and the Director of Quality and Accreditation.Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree.Teamworking, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Spanish regarding administrative and legal documents.Experience in project management and document management related to Public Administration is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems.J-18808-Ljbffr
