You will be responsible not only for defining and executing the B2C strategy, but also for leading a small team, aligning multiple internal departments and working closely with on-the-ground teams at our assets to ensure occupancy and performance targets are met.You will act as a key bridge between central teams and local operations, ensuring that strategies are clearly communicated, understood and successfully implemented.Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across multiple markets and assetsIdentify new customer acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnelsSupport go-to-market strategies for new openings and expansionsTeam Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor and develop a small B2C/marketing team, fostering a high-performance cultureSet clear objectives, track performance and ensure team alignment with business goalsPromote collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the teamStakeholder Management & Coordination Act as the main point of contact between central teams and asset-level stakeholdersWork closely with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management and Asset teams to align prioritiesTranslate business needs into actionable marketing and commercial initiativesClearly communicate strategy, decisions and performance to internal stakeholdersEnsure strong coordination with local teams to maximize occupancy and customer experienceCustomer Journey & Experience Own the full customer lifecycle: awareness, consideration, booking, onboarding and retentionEnsure a consistent and high-quality experience across all touchpoints (digital and physical)Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention and lifetime valueMarketing & Demand Generation Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, partnerships, offline activations) targeting end consumersOversee CRM, content and performance marketing strategiesEnsure brand consistency across markets and assetsData & Performance Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy and customer satisfactionAnalyze performance across assets and identify areas for improvementUse insights to drive decision-making and optimize commercial strategiesWhat will make you perform well in this position? 5+ years of experience in B2C roles within Real Estate, Student Housing, Hospitality, Flex Living or similar sectorsProven experience in team management and leadershipStrong track record in driving customer acquisition, occupancy and revenue growthExperience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, multi-asset environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle managementAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (mandatory);
