What will you do? Make an impact
Join our global Legal Department to provide strategic legal advice in public law and commercial contracts within a multinational industrial group focused on environmental services. You will support cross-functional teams in Spain and internationally while contributing to compliance and data protection initiatives.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts across business units.
- Advise on public law matters, including administrative procedures and public tenders.
- Prepare legal reports, internal memos and corporate documentation.
- Manage administrative proceedings (licenses, appeals, authorisations, etc.).
- Support compliance and data protection policy development and implementation.
- Collaborate on M&A; transactions and coordinate with external advisors and legal teams.
Do you have what it takes?
- Law degree (Master's in Administrative or Commercial Law highly valued).
- 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or leading company legal department.
- Strong legal judgement, business-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- High level of English (minimum C1); French is a plus.
