The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Operations Security Team is seeking a highly talented and motivated physical Security Program Manager (SPM) to join our team.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs and change-outs.
- Ensuring compliance with physical security project standards, project Scopes of Work, budgets and timelines.
- Managing the installation, operation and maintenance of regional and/or integral physical security systems, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective prioritization of tasks and seamless operation across organizational boundaries.
- Supporting security system equipment commissioning.
- Completing final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
- Execution and coordination of preventative maintenance and repairs to security system equipment.
- Building and deploying training programs for all users of physical security systems.

Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technology sector, with knowledge and experience of the Security Integrator Industry.
- High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Ability to work at times in an industrial environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills, results oriented, high energy and self‑motivated.
- English and Spanish working proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in security system installation and commissioning and project management.
- Certification in Lenel‑S2 Access Control Systems.
- CPP, PSP or CISSP Certification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing security projects.
