Your Role Highlights:
* Quality Strategy and Continuous Improvement
o Establish, together with Management, the quality strategy and procedures.
o Periodically review quality procedures for continuous improvement.
o Analyze the campaign at its conclusion and identify learnings and improvements for the next one.
o This includes an analysis of the producers at the end of the campaign.
o Gather information about production areas to identify potential improvements.
* Quality Management
o Establish, lead, and ensure compliance with the traceability system.
o Manage Quality and Food Safety systems.
o Monitor and control complaints.
o Be responsible for communication between the Quality Team and other teams.
o Coordinate quality controls of goods entering the warehouse.
o Coordinate the preparation of client audits.
* Team Management
o Define team members' responsibilities.
o Set and monitor team members' objectives.
o Collaborate in the training of team members.
o Establish vacation and duty shifts.

Requirements
* Studies in Engineering and/or Environmental, Food Safety, or similar.
* Languages: Spanish and English are essential.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in a position managing operational and quality processes (from field to warehouse).
* Experience in quality and operation of fruit production businesses; experience with different crops is valued.
* Desirable knowledge: Outlook, Office suite.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
