Mission of this role
To manage end‑to‑end quality activities across the full product lifecycle, from product development to customer claims— driving cross‑functional collaboration and ensuring that quality standards are defined, implemented, and continuously improved, while proactively mitigating risks, promoting robust problem‑solving practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to achieve high quality product launches, consistent supplier performance, and best‑in‑class customer quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Preventive Quality (Risk Management)
*
* Perform and support quality‑focused risk assessment activities during project development and throughout the product lifecycle, using the main risk analysis methodologies
* Contribute to the identification and assessment of quality risks with a strong focus on early risk assessment during project development.
* Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are properly understood and integrated into development and industrialization activities.
Supplier Quality Management (EMEA)
*
* Management supplier qualification process, including suppliers’ audits, performance evaluation and monitoring across the EMEA region.
* Manage the deployment of all relevant technical / Quadpack’s requirements and monitor the proper implementation at supplier level of improvement actions, corrective and preventive action plans, whenever required.
* Contribute to supplier quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Quadpack’s quality standards and procedures.
Customer Quality & Continuous Improvement
*
* Act as a key quality contact for customers in Spain, Italy and DACH+ markets, including handling customer requirements, customer claims and requests, and managing non‑conformities (including possible as on‑site sorting and containment actions).
* Ensure clear communication, reporting, and status updates with the customers
* Collect and analyze customer feedback, quality and reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Quality Systems & Collaboration
*
* Ensure that quality standards are defined, implemented, and continuously improved across the organization, while proactively mitigating risks, promoting robust problem‑solving practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to be aligned on quality plans, priorities, and milestones.
* Contribute to maintaining and improving consistent quality documentation, processes and reporting.
Requirements
*
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
* 5–7+ years of experience in Quality, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or product environments. Experience in Cosmetic, Food, Pharma or Plastic Injection industry would be an advantage.
* Solid knowledge of quality processes, risk assessment and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and critically analyse data and identify trends to support decisions and quality improvements.
* Experience conducting quality activities such as audits, quality checks and issue resolution in cross‑functional environments.
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company.
* Results‑driven mindset with full ownership of deliverables and deadlines
* Agility and adaptability in managing complex or evolving situations
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis; experience with ERP Systems, SAP / S4 is a plus.
* Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in matrix organizations.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or German are a plus.
* Availability to travel within Europe (approximately 5–10%).
