This role plays a key part in leading the Concierge team, ensuring operational excellence and delivering highly personalised guest experiences. As Concierge Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the department, support and develop the team, manage complex guest requests, and ensure that every interaction reflects OKU's standards of relaxed luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the Concierge department, ensuring a consistent service aligned with OKU standards.
* Lead, train and motivate the Concierge team, fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality and continuous development.
* Ensure the efficient allocation of tasks, rota planning and operational coverage within the department.
* Manage and oversee VIP requests, special guest requirements and bespoke experiences.
* Act as the main point of contact for resolving complex guest issues, ensuring swift and effective service recovery when required.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with local suppliers, partners and collaborators to provide exclusive and distinctive guest experiences.
* Monitor the quality of recommendations, reservations and services arranged by the team.
* Actively participate in the recruitment, induction, training and performance review processes for the Concierge team.
* Work closely with Reception, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest journey.
* Analyse guest feedback, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Ensure accurate records are maintained regarding guest requests, preferences and experiences.
* Support management in achieving operational objectives, guest satisfaction targets and service quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Concierge Supervisor, Senior Concierge or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or five‑star environment.
* Previous experience leading teams and coordinating guest service operations.
* Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
* Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
* Extensive knowledge of luxury experiences, services, dining and lifestyle offerings.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
* Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be highly valued.
* Excellent local network and in‑depth knowledge of the destination.
* A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and booking platforms.
* Experience in team management, training and operational supervision.
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience principles.
* Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate exclusive services.
* Knowledge of local transport options, logistics and the planning of bespoke guest itineraries.
