Overview
Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, to join the Specialty Care team. This role will play a key part in the launch of a next-generation biologic, leading the brand strategy and ensuring a successful market introduction and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, experience in biologics, and a strategic mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, execution, and governance of the marketing plan, aligned with general strategy and national priorities, with a strong focus on launch excellence.
- Drive end-to-end launch readiness and implementation plans, ensuring alignment across all functions and flawless execution.
- Lead the Brand Team, integrating cross-functional stakeholders (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Digital, etc.), ensuring coordination and maximizing investment impact.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategy, including positioning, segmentation, targeting, and customer engagement plans.
- Analyze market evolution, competitive landscape, and performance to refine strategy and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, incorporating insights into decision-making.
- Collaborate with Global teams, adapting strategies to local market dynamics.
- Contribute to forecasting, business planning, and budget follow-up, considering launch scenarios and lifecycle considerations.
- Develop innovative, omnichannel materials and initiatives to support the field force and customer engagement.
- Establish and monitor data-driven KPIs and performance frameworks to track launch progress and enable agile decision-making.
Qualifications
- Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing roles.
- Proven experience working with biologics (nice to have).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to engage in scientific discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and results orientation.
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in product launches, ideally within specialty care or biologics.
- Background in respiratory diseases.
- Previous sales or field experience.
- Experience with digital and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: EUR 54,825 to EUR 91,375 (varies by location). The annual gross base salary range for new hires is indicative and may be adjusted based on skills, experience, education level, and market rate. The role may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a long-term incentive program, dependent on role level.
