Mission:
To contribute to the optimal performance of the Rubí HQ factory through efficient, safe, and cost-effective technical practices, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Cost Center objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Serve as the main user of GMAO tracing software.
* Identify and assess risks impacting production capacity, proposing mitigation actions to ensure operational continuity.
* Analyze and present KPIs related to automation, robotics, and productivity.
* Maintain the preventive maintenance plan and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Engage in cross-functional meetings to align priorities and technical needs.
* Supervise external contractors' technical work, ensuring safety and quality standards.
* Read and interpret technical documents and drawings to ensure accurate maintenance and installation.
* Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest continuous improvement initiatives based on lean principles.
* Support the acquisition and installation of new machinery and equipment, including training.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to maximize equipment availability.
* Assist in planning factory shutdowns, projects, and upgrades.
Requirements:
Key Knowledge: Technical skills, legislation, internal processes, project management, and advanced office tools.
Specific Competencies:
* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documents.
* Effective communication skills.
