Working as part of the ERP team, you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Responsibilities
* Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
* Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to ensure the system works as the client needs
* Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions, addressing gaps detected during prototyping
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are incorporated into specifications and functions
* Create or evaluate a breakdown of client business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
* Document settings and prepare clients to use the system
* Support testing of the proposed system and train users
Qualifications
* Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner
* Passion for learning with good business sense and time management
* Ability to manage clients’ expectations effectively
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
* At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
* Identify areas where customizations or extensions may be required (including changes to standard reports if needed)
