Project Manager – Beer Towers (Entry Level) – Barcelona (In-Office)

Taphandles is a global leader in beer-dispense marketing, specializing in custom beer tap handles and beer towers. Our Barcelona facility assembles and ships towers throughout Europe, working closely with teams in Austin, Seattle, China, and the UK.
We are hiring an entry-level Project Manager to focus specifically on the processing, configuration, and assembly coordination of beer towers. This is a hands-on, technical operations role. No prior experience is required—we fully train our process. We are looking for someone smart, organized, technically inclined, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Beer Tower Processing: Translate customer tower requests into clear internal work orders, configurations, and BOMs using our established workflow.
* Technical Coordination: Review engineering drawings, mechanical components, finishes, and assembly requirements. Ensure the correct tower specification is prepared for production.
* Production Support: Work with the Barcelona assembly team to schedule builds, confirm part availability, verify quality, and resolve simple technical questions.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate daily with Austin PMs, US engineering, and China manufacturing (BC) to ensure tower components, metal parts, and accessories stay on schedule.
* Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate project data in NetSuite; prepare picking lists, assembly sheets, and shipping documentation.
* Continuous Learning: Become a subject-matter expert in beer tower components, taps, finishes, lighting, mounts, wiring, and assembly processes.
Required Qualifications
* Entry level — no professional experience required.
* A degree or background in engineering, industrial design, mechanical/technical studies, or similar preferred (not required).
* Ability to understand technical information, drawings, or mechanical parts with training.
* High attention to detail, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active projects.
* Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Interest in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or product assembly.
* Experience with BOMs and / or ERP systems (even academic exposure).
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: €28,000–€35,000 depending on capability and education
