Job Description HR Head Iberia – Barcelona (with travel to Madrid & Portugal)
What You’ll Do
Act as the trusted HR partner for the Iberia General Manager, Leadership Team, and employees.
Deploy and implement global HR strategies and processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
Lead change management, organizational transformation, and manage complex labour relations—including negotiations with Works Councils.
Develop and empower the local HR team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, engagement, performance, development, retention, payroll, and more.
Ensure 100% compliance with HR policies, labour law, and data privacy (RGPD).
Analyse workforce plans, budgets, and HR KPIs to drive business results.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Economics or Humanities; Master’s in Business Administration or HR is a plus.
Proven HR experience in Spain (Portugal experience is a plus), ideally in international, matrix organizations.
Strong expertise in labour relations, litigation, and negotiations.
Native or bilingual Spanish; fluent English.
Deep knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.
Leadership, social intelligence, and a pragmatic, operational approach.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
