Responsibilities:
1. Achieve coverage, frequency, and sales targets within the assigned territory.
2. Contribute to regional training and develop team members' key skills.
3. Monitor sales progress, develop action plans, and provide feedback on performance.
4. Collaborate with outside partners for co-promotion of products or services.
5. Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, events, and external expenditures.
6. Represent the company at professional events and promote products.
7. Work with Medical Science Liaisons, Account Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
8. Identify issues and opportunities, communicating proactively to management.
9. Complete administrative tasks such as updating databases and expenses.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiating skills.
* Minimum 5 years of oncology experience, preferably in Breast Cancer.
* Knowledge of industry trends, competitor practices, and product protocols.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Self-motivated with a degree (BA/BS) and relevant sales experience.
* Pharmaceutical experience and therapeutic knowledge are highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
* Achievement of country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications.
* Compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
