What You´ll Do
* Support Safety and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
* Prepare and follow up monthly environmental reports, including energy, water and waste indicators.
* Gather and review operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Contribute to audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work cross-functionally to promote safe behaviors and sustainability best practices.
* Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ area.
* Monitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changes.
* Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ area.
* Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization.
What Makes You a Good Fit
* Degree in Engineering, or related field, specialized studies in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Experience SHE and sustainability topics, 2-3 years of experience in industrial safety (chemical industry will be considered an asset).
* Strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI is a plus).
* Proactive, detail-oriented and team player.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* Proficient Microsoft Office user.
* Knowledge of safety regulatory frameworks such as SEVESO, ATEX, CLP.
* Position based in Motornes.
* Used to working in multidisciplinary teams.
* Organized, with strong problem‑solving skills.
