Responsibilities
Analyze and solve problems using our "Stop the Stops" methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause.
Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.
Create machine "Zeroes" that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.
Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem‐solving exercises.
Compile all the information created in the "Operator Book" and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.
Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.
Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership.
The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing, and have a natural curiosity about how things work.
Leadership: you enjoy being the leader and can do so in an effective way. You have successfully led/organized activities in the past,
Analytical: you are able to understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical thinking,
Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner,
English: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it daily.
